Our philosophy:
Giving is an important and integral part to the way we run our business. We give with no expectation of return. However, we believe very strongly that the more you give, the more you receive. We believe giving shouldn’t be an obligation, it should be a choice that gives us joy.
Our process:
When we created the Team, we implemented a system where a percentage of our income goes into an account that is distributed out throughout the year. At the beginning of the year, we choose several key areas where the majority of our money will go. We also like to do “Random Acts of Kindness” that are spur of the moment and tend to be very fun and rewarding for all of us on the Team.
