MATT MAHAFFY

I’m a fourth-generation Oregonian and the Principal Broker of the Mahaffy Real Estate Group. For 17 years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve well over 500 families in the process of buying and selling real estate, almost all of them by referral, and all of them with different goals and objectives. I’ve assisted a single mom purchase her first home and I’ve guided a retiring seller as they transitioned out of a 74-acre farm stand business. I’ve helped business owners purchase their dream homes and investors sell apartment buildings. I’ve relocated a CEO into Portland and helped couples buy their first rental property. My current focus is taking care of my favorite clients and their referrals in the core of Portland and Sauvie Island.

SUE HILL-SULLIVAN

Sue Sullivan’s passion for selling real estate spans nearly 30 years. As a Partner with the Mahaffy Real Estate Group, she serves a diverse client base interested in Portland’s neighborhoods. Her ability to create success for her clients’ home-selling and purchasing goals comes not only from her decades of experience but her philosophy on building strong relationships with everyone in the field –  lenders, escrow officers, contractors, economists, appraisers, and other brokers – so she can offer true expertise and inside knowledge to her clients. JOE KELLOGG

Joe Kellogg is a third-generation realtor, following in the steps of his father and grandfather. With extensive experience in retail marketing management and 20+ years in non-profit ministry leadership, Joe brings a confident and creative quality to each interaction. Communication, professionalism and understanding are the key principles in how Joe can help you accomplish your real estate hopes and dreams. Joe is designated as a Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Nick Swann feels privileged to be in a position to help make his client’s dreams become a reality. Sara takes care of all the behind-the-scenes paperwork and scheduling details during the closing process that help create a seamless experience on both the buyer and seller sides. She has been with the Mahaffy Team for 4 great years and is proud to have helped over 300 clients.
