"Nick Swann is professional, attentive, patient, and detailed. He always communicated with us even when he was still waiting for updates, just to keep us in the loop which we very much appreciated. He was transparent and honest about the houses we viewed and the offers we made. He spent several hours researching foundations because it was something we were particularly concerned about. He spent a lot of time with us looking at houses and listening to our thoughts and never seemed rushed. It was great knowing that we had three minds on our side with Nick as well as Matt and Sue. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Nick and the Mahaffy Group!"
