Going Old School

Our client Joe wanted a home in the Lincoln School District which had very limited inventory.   While looking at a house that was a major fixer, we went out and talked with a few neighbors.   In our “research”, we found out that a neighboring house was going to go on the market in the next few weeks. After knocking on the door, verifying that the seller was truly interested, we negotiated a price and had a contract on the house in the next few days. The result a beautiful house looking over the Willamette river that Joe and his family now get to call home:
